Robert's two life passions are fitness and horses. He earned a degree in Physical Education as well as a specialized degree as a Fitness Specialist.  He's also certified in all levels of Pilates training and has multiple fitness and yoga certifications. 

Having grown up in the East Coast, Robert rode English, Western, Local Hunters and Endurance Trail Rides in the Blue Ridge Mountains. By combining his equestrian and Pilates expertise, he's created a highly effective technique for achieving maximum benefits for equestrians that improves equitation, posture, hand contact, strengthens the core and back muscles, and develops stronger legs.  It also reduces stress and improves communication between horse and rider.
